Job Title: Revenue Analyst

Job Descriptions

Responsibilities

Effectively communicates revenue performance and market dynamics to the manager.
Forecast and identify revenue opportunities
Simulate demand to improve key revenue indicators.
Works closely with the Head of the department to ensure objectives and goals are met.
Provide cross-functional support to other teams including Sales, Network Planning, Loyalty, Travel Partners and Marketing
Define and measure results against key performance indicators within area of responsibility and ensure goals are met / exceeded.
Analyze demand, seasonality and booking patterns / valuation.
Carries out all other task that may be assigned by the Head of the department.
Carries out and regulates seat inventory, analysis and reporting.
Responsible for yield analysis and reporting as well as advance booking reporting.
Evaluating overbooking trend, analyzing and reporting.

Education and Experience

Must have 4 Years experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Applied Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Operation Research or equivalent
4 yrs experience in Revenue Management of which 2 must be in the Airline industry.
2 yrs experience in data / quantitative analysis.
Previous experience of MITA and BITA will be an added advantage.

Job Title: Pricing Analyst

Job Description

Exceptional mathematical reasoning -must be able to determine correct mathematical methods or formulas to solve problem that relates to revenue management and pricing.
Strong understanding of airline revenue and pricing strategies.

Responsibilities

Responsible for pricing analysis, while staying abreast of pricing trend in the industry and make recommendations to the revenue manager.
Develop pricing management methods, using existing or new research to measure pricing/revenue performance.
Design and execute controlled fare tests to study customer price elasticity of demand.
Develop fare structure
Simulate models to forecast and/or price in a competitive environment.
Conduct high level analysis and report to the Head of the department
Create programs to improve pricing/revenue management efficiency.
Analyzes passenger ticketing data to gain market knowledge and leverages on that knowledge to inform future ricing decision.
Carries out other duties that may be assigned.

Requirements
Education + Experience

4 Years work experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, computer science or equivalent
3 – 4 years experience in Airline pricing
2 yrs experience in data analysis

Job Title: Network, Security and System Engineer

Responsibilities

Ensures that the company’s need for computer hardware, software and networking tools are met according to corporate standards.
Establishing directories, configuring network printers and providing user access.
Work to develop, test, install, configure and troubleshoot computer hardware and software.
Create proper documentation, diagrams and other detailed instructions to help other employees make the best use of new technologies.
Installation of OS and required service packages: both open source and proprietary. Updating and maintaining OS and software to the latest releases, patches, etc.
Implement security tools and practices across servers and applications/services.
Ensure configurations and data backup of services and implement recovery from disaster.
Provide consultancy and design customized services according to the needs of customers and market services offering.
Assist in identifying, recommending and implementing new processes or amendments to current ones to improve team functionality and service provision to customers.
Record servers and services/applications logs and analyze them.
Assist in the operation and maintenance of LAN/WAN and its services. Function as wholesome Systems Administrator independently or under supervision.
Review network documentation against regulatory & security standards, best practices and company requirements.
Monitor the entire network infrastructure (including servers, pc’s, network and desktop printers, routers, switches etc…) to ensure that system availability is ‘maximized’ and provide a stable, responsive environment.
Operation of network utility procedures, defining network users and security attributes.
Deliver asset and Install IT equipment to all department/offices. This will regularly require lifting/carrying of equipment in excess of 15kg.
Protects the security and functionality of the Server Resources by ensuring that appropriate security counter-measures are applied, e.g. anti-virus software, use of automated system backups and that system passwords are only disclosed on a ‘need-to-know’ basis
Maintain a regular system audit.
