Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND / OND / SSCE qualification.
• Relevant qualification as applicable to role applied for
• Male or Female.
• Between 22- 40 years old as at the time of application. (There can be flexibility for suitable candidates).
• Must be very detailed and self driven

Experience:

• 1 – 2 years in liquid filling operation roles in Pharma, Foods and chemical Production Industry
• Ability to operate a filling Machine.
• High drive and interest in taking on new tasks.
• Strong analytical skills and interpersonal skills.
• Well-organized and result oriented.

Salary
N60,000 – N80,000 / month.

• Preparing of weekly customer age analysis.
• Bank reconciliation
• VAT input / output reconciliation
• Computing of daily bank position
• Preparing customers payables.
• Preparing bank reconciliation.
• Preparing deferred receivables for staff.
• Monthly sales for customers.
• Payroll for junior staff.
• Raising journals for monthly report.
• Entering journals into the system.
• Going to bank (occasionally).
• Preparation of Bank Reconciliation
• Coding of cheque requests, receipts, etc.
• Raising and entering of journals
• Monitoring of inventories.
• Monthly update of Fixed Asset Register.
• Monthly preparation and remittance of statutory dues – VAT, WHT, etc.
• Preparation of Debit/Credit Notes.
• Any other assigned duties.

Remuneration
N65,000 – N70,000 Monthly.
