- Monitoring, correcting, and improving driving behaviors and operations
- Mentoring, coaching, and rewarding drivers
- Assisting in the recruitment, discipline, and termination of drivers
- Evaluating drivers’ performances
- Setting driving schedules
- Tracking driver attendance, health, and other statuses
- Ensuring drivers’ adherence to applicable transport regulations (e.g., Hours of Service compliance)
- Providing route and operations information and technologies
- Maintaining constant communication with drivers
- Training drivers on risk management protocols, safety standards, and more.
Remuneration
N100,000 – N150,000 Monthly.

Job Description
- Devise and use fruitful sourcing strategies
- Discover profitable suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships
- Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms
- Approve the ordering of necessary goods and services
- Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries
- Examine and test existing contracts
- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
- Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company
- Foresee alterations in the comparative negotiating ability of suppliers and clients
- Expect unfavorable events through analysis of data and prepare control strategies
- Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements
- Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
Requirements and Skills
- B.Sc Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Business Administration
- Proven working experience as a Procurement Manager, Procurement Officer or Head of Procurement
- Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques as well as a dexterity in “reading” the market
- Talent in negotiations and networking
- Good knowledge of supplier or third party management software
- Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers
- Experience in collecting and analyzing data
- Strong leadership capabilities.
Salary
N100,000 – N200,000 / month.

Job Title: Facility Manager
Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate all installations (telecommunications, heat, electricity etc.) and refurbishments
- Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards
- Inspect building structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations
- Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs
- Supervise all staff facilities staff (custodians, technicians, groundskeepers etc.) and external contractors
- Control activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal, building security etc.
- Allocate office space according to needs
- Handle insurance plans and service contracts
- Keep financial and non-financial records
- Perform analysis and forecasting
Requirements and Skills
- B.Sc / BA in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration or relevant field
- Relevant professional qualification (e.g. CFM) will be an advantage
- Proven experience as facilities manager or relevant position
- Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices
- Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Good analytical / critical thinking.
