To qualify for the scholarship, applicants must have lost one or both parents, completed secondary school and received their national secondary school examination results within the last two years, be born after September 1, 2001, and demonstrate proficiency in English, French, or Portuguese.

The selected candidates will undergo a comprehensive preparatory program at Ashinaga’s facility, Kokorojuku, in Uganda and Senegal, receiving dedicated support and language training to apply to top-ranked universities globally. Throughout their studies abroad, they will receive a full scholarship and living expenses for four years.

The Ashinaga (100-Year Vision) Scholarship covers tuition, accommodation, insurance, flight costs, and provides a monthly stipend for essential academic expenses and food.
