Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of incoming phone calls
• Generate sales leads
• Maintain customer interaction records, process accounts, and file documents
• Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Go the extra mile to engage customers
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to ensure satisfaction
• Establish sustainable relationships and build trust through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information using appropriate methods and tools
• Achieve personal and team sales targets as well as call-handling quotas
• Handle customer complaints, offer timely solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution

Requirements
