Strategy Development: Developing comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives. This involves identifying target audiences, conducting market research, and defining key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
Campaign Management: Planning, executing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across various channels, such as search engine marketing (SEM), social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising. This includes setting up campaigns, optimizing performance, and analyzing data to drive continuous improvement.
Content Creation and Management: Creating and managing engaging and relevant content for digital platforms, including website copy, blog posts, social media content, videos, infographics, and more. Ensuring content aligns with the brand’s voice, is optimized for search engines, and resonates with the target audience.
Team Management and Collaboration: Leading and coordinating a team of digital marketing professionals, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and fostering collaboration. SEO and SEM: Implementing search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve organic search rankings, increase website traffic, and enhance online visibility. Managing search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns, including keyword research, bid management, and ad copywriting, to drive targeted traffic and achieve conversion goals.
Social Media Management: Developing and executing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with the audience, and drive customer acquisition and retention. Monitoring social media trends, managing social media accounts, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize social media campaigns.
Analytics and Reporting: Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on key digital marketing metrics and KPIs to evaluate campaign effectiveness, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Utilizing tools such as Google Analytics, social media analytics, and marketing automation platforms to gain insights and provide performance reports.
Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Managing digital marketing budgets and allocating resources effectively across different campaigns and channels. Monitoring expenses, tracking ROI, and optimizing spending to maximize results within allocated budgets.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 4 years experience.
