3.) Meal Bagging Supervisor

ob Duties / Responsibilities / Accountabilities
- Ensure calibration of bagging machine.
- Ensure Hammer machine mesh is not in broken condition.
- Ensure Hammer mill cutting edge of beater is not blunt and if so; should change direction or replace.
- Ensure all machine is clean and in working condition.
- Ensure there is zero to none spillage of DOC on the floor and from the machine.
- Monitor / Regulate bagging rate subject to DOC production rate.
- Ensure compliance of production lines, equipment’s and premises.
- Safely manage waste and residual material.
- Assign work according to production need.
- Maintain Bag Production Report shift wise.
- Ensure all stitching machine should be in working condition. Maintain spare for the same.
- Ensure proper Grading and Grinding of DOC as per buyer quality.
- Monitor the bagging of DOC production.
